Spiritual gift

What does “Spiritual” mean?

The word spiritual carries slightly different nuances depending on the person, but at its core it refers to finding value not only in visible, material things but also in the invisible realms—such as the heart, the soul, and our connection with nature and the universe. (by ChatGPT)

When I was around eighteen, I came across a crystal—a clear stone—at a small shop. Around the same time, I may have read a novel where the main character carried a tiger’s eye as a protective charm, or perhaps I was simply drawn in by the shop’s advertising words: “warding off negative emotions and evil energy, guiding the heart to purity, stabilizing the spirit, and enhancing focus.”

Whatever the reason, I started carrying that stone with me every day for a year or two—at school and even on days off. Whether it was coincidence or because of the stone, during that time I was blessed with wonderful friends and spent a very good period of my life.

Since then, I’ve become interested in spiritual things. I’ve taken Reiki healing classes, studied tarot, and tried meditation (though it’s not easy to truly quiet the mind). Just as the light that reaches us from the universe is still not fully understood, this world remains full of mysteries. Both the visible and the invisible deserve to be cherished, I believe.
